This motor leads a double life. By default it's a handy gearbox motor that'll output a strong 120 - 250 RM which makes it great for all sorts of robotics projects. However, if you use our included hand crank this motor becomes a surprisingly handy generator that can output up to 6V of DC power! This means it can easily power another motor or a whole mess of LEDs. Connect it to a Volt Meter and see how much energy you can create!
You can use these motors with a Bit Board or Robotics Board, however you will need a Relay Module and a battery holder. Directly powering one of these off a microcontroller will most likely predominately damage it.
